With two decades of advertising and design experience on both the agency side and the client side, he develops powerful brand concepts through fine-tuned creative strategies. For example, Al spent seven years with an international footwear company, graphically portraying the distinctive brand personalities of their many shoe lines – each marketed to its own unique customer type. In addition to his own design work, Al directs the jhP creative team, marshalling the many details that work in harmony, defining and defending a brand.
